WHITINSVILLE, Mass. —  At the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association Annual Meeting June 25–28 in Las Vegas, Access will give attendees two reasons to stop by Exhibit 301: noble dogs and unique live communication services.

Access approaches each client project with thoughtful focus on client goals and delivers it by using a full suite of in-house products and services, including exhibits, meetings and events, integrated media and global support services. The HCEA Annual Meeting is at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel June 25–28. The exhibition is June 26 and 27.

“We give our clients an array of tools to capitalize on live communication. When we say ‘live communication,’ we mean an exclusive opportunity for an individual or a group to deliver a message to an audience at the moment the audience is engaged,” said Bruce Morrow, Access’ chief creative officer. “It can happen in meetings and conferences, exhibit marketing, virtual events and interactive media, as well as more traditional forms of digital media.”

Visitors to the Access exhibit, “Access Unleashed,” will have a chance to watch specially trained service dogs from the nonprofit organization NEADS at work. NEADS grooms puppies into canine assistants for deaf and disabled Americans.

HCEA attendees will discover how Access employs a menu of services for live communications that get results. As a bonus, the company will make a donation to the Name-A-Puppy™ program.

“NEADS has been a vital part of the community for more than 30 years and we’re proud of our association with them,” said Mike Yag, Access’ founder and CEO. “HCEA affords Access the opportunity to demonstrate the unique range of services we can apply to achieving our clients’ outcomes. It’s also a great forum to introduce these very special service dogs that give vital and unconditional support to people with disabilities.”

Attendees who register in the Access exhibit can enter the NEADS Name-A-Puppy™ program. The winner, to be announced at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27, will get to name a puppy and follow its career through training and placement with an individual in need.

The company’s participation in HCEA is not limited to the exhibition floor, however.

Access is a Silver Sponsor of the meeting. In addition, three Access team members will make presentations. On Sunday, June 26, Jon Ellms, vice president and principal, will participate in the new panel discussion, “Driving Traffic on the Healthcare Show Floor: A Full Flow Perspective.” Session attendees will learn unique perspectives and strategies to drive and increase exhibit traffic.

Carrie Johnson, account director, will participate in, “Take This Job … and LOVE It!” on Tuesday, June 28. Panelists of this session will provide different perspectives about career opportunities in healthcare exhibiting.

On Tuesday, June 28, Lane Andrews, creative director for strategic accounts, will present “What Are We Paying for, Anyway?” In his presentation, Andrews will show attendees a proven strategic approach that will improve program performance and directly contribute to their sales and marketing goals.

As part of HCEA’s efforts to give back to the Las Vegas community, HCEA Industry Partner Freeman has generously agreed to waive all labor and handling fees for all items shipped to donate to the Shade Tree Shelter. All you need to do is attach this label to your packages.

HCEA will provide additional information closer to the event.  Note: Please plan to dress for the weather as this will be an outdoor activity and, while there will be shade, it will be very hot. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
