Many exhibitors now use a presentation to qualify leads and then give the promotional giveaways to participants.  There is now technology that makes that presentation paperless and painless.

Some of these presentations use audience response devices that require the participant to listen and respond. TurningPoint response cards offer not only the device but the TurningPoint software in conjunction with the ReponseCard.  This system is wireless.  The system offers real-time assessments and interaction between the audience and the presentation.  The interaction comes from within Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.

Going Green

Recently Turning Technologies was utilized at the Meeting Planners International’s to evaluate each of the 128 conference sessions. Participants used the technology to complete session evaluations.  Using this technology eliminated the paper assessments participants are overwhelmed with and most often ignore.

Turning Point and ResponseCards were used in interactive polling kiosks to gather opinions from the conference attendees.  Conference presenters can use the system to create interactive presentations that poll audience members and assess their understanding of the presented materials.  Product information retention can be a valuable asset.
