BladeWriter offers the ability to cut, mark and write with one device

The BladeWriter, designed by WAGIC, Inc. (What A Great Idea Company) of Los Gatos, California, is a unique 3-in-1 combination of a retractable pen, chisel-point marker and safety knife cartridge.

The patented BladeWriter allows you to cut, mark and write with one instrument.

The safety knife is self-retracting and includes two cutting edges, which are encased in a plastic housing. When the blade cartridge is outside of the BladeWriter, the blade cannot be deployed. The blade edge is also rounded to increase safety.

The user can get hundreds of cuts with the precision safety blade, which is perfect for use in the mailroom, stockroom, office and anywhere around the house. The BladeWriter is made of durable plastic and includes an overmolded band to increase comfort when using the pen. The chisel-point marker, which comes in multiple ink colors including highlighters, is accessed by pulling the pen away from the BladeWriter body.

The pen stores on the safety-blade end of the BladeWriter while using the marker.
